Services

TaxIndia (TI.ai) provides AI-powered tools for GST notice replies, legal drafting, and related tax assistance across web and mobile platforms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
  • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt unauthorized access or misuse of the Platform

You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

  • Consent for transactional communications (e.g., OTPs, alerts)
  • Compliance with TRAI DLT regulations
  • Promotional messages only with explicit consent

  • All content is owned or licensed by TaxIndia (TI.ai)
  • Limited, non-transferable usage license granted
  • Unauthorized use is prohibited

  • Outputs are AI-generated and informational only
  • Not legal or professional advice
  • Users must verify before use

  • Platform provided “as-is”
  • No guarantee of accuracy or uptime
  • No liability for indirect damages

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment gateways). We are not responsible for their performance or policies.

User interactions (calls/chats) may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and compliance.

  • Unlawful or fraudulent use
  • Uploading harmful or offensive content
  • Interfering with system security

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without notice if Terms are violated.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaxIndia (TI.ai) from any claims arising from misuse.

Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use means acceptance of changes.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by Indian law. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction.
